DescriptionThis was a casual observation using my Askar FMA180-pro on a full moon night just because I didn't want to let a clear night go. BTW, the wind was gusting up to 15 mph on this night which is why I selected the FMA180. I'd opted for an observing plan targeting many of my favorite 4° x 6° FOV areas. I had no ambitions that this would reveal the Soap Bubble Nebula which is a classic EAA bugaboo. Of course, the strict EAA version of this didn't reveal it.. but I did the typical light processing I do to most of my EAA captures on this website. Nothing special. To my shock, there was the Soap Bubble... not obvious but clear if you know where to look. That I could capture it with a one-shot color camera in these conditions is gob-smacking.
