| Description | This was my second attempt on C3. The first, late in 2024, ended quickly due to clouds rolling in, and I threw out the brief capture I did manage. It's a surprisingly challenging object. Categorized as a "Magellanic" spiral, which is a new term to me, that means "one armed". This is another galaxy that could have been an Arp Peculiar Galaxy, but isn't. |
