Description | A last final observation from a decent outing. Picked it as a novel emission nebula of reasonable size and a good match with the Askar V at 270mm. Worth looking at the annotation image in the gallery here. You see that there are a bunch of NGC objects located within the area. In the 19th century, the visual observers could see bits and pieces, but couldn't see the whole. Missed the big picture. |
