Description | The Veil nebula is a legendary target. With a fast refractor and L-eNhance filter it's fairly easy to get a good basic image. This barely fit in the FOV of my Askar V at 270mm, I used NINA's framing assistant to get both Eastern and Western components into the frame. This was observed in October 2023.
Just added a more recent observation to the gallery, and updated the observation date. Capturing the Western Veil only using the Askar V configured at 384mm. 33m30s. This is the final image in the gallery. |
