This site implements a database of my personal EAA observations. All images were captured by the webmaster. If you’re visiting: “Favorites” gives you a filterable list of my favorite objects. “Lists” provides links to all observations: “All (Chron)” in date order, starting with the earliest; others filter astronomical catalog listings (note: most objects appear in two or more lists).

Arp 224 / NGC 3921
A post-merger starburst galaxy with long tidal filaments and loops.
Arp 322 / Hickson Compact Group 56
Arp 322 consists of the top 4 galaxies in the featured image. HIckson 56 adds the 5th and largest at the bottom.
Arp 151 / Markarian 40
An enigmatic object: one galaxy with a huge jet? Or 3 galaxies?
Arp 217 / Bow and Arrow Galaxy / NGC 3310
The bow is obvious, the arrow less so, but crosses towards the left end of the bow.
